6. Attendance and Academic Requirements
Students are expected to attend scheduled classes and practical training sessions, complete assignments and assessments, follow instructor directions and academy policies, and maintain professional conduct. Failure to meet attendance or academic requirements may affect course completion and certification eligibility.
7. Health, Safety, and Sanitation
Students must comply with all health, sanitation, infection control, and workplace safety requirements applicable to beauty services and training environments. Students may be removed from practical training activities if their conduct creates a health or safety risk.
8. Certificates and Course
Completion Certificates of completion may be awarded only after successful completion of program requirements, meeting attendance standards, completion of practical and theoretical assessments, and payment of all outstanding fees. Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, licensing, business success, or professional certification by external organizations.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, manuals, handouts, videos, images, website content, logos, and educational resources remain the property of the Academy. No materials may be copied, distributed, recorded, reproduced, sold, or shared without prior written consent.
10. Photography and Media
The Academy may photograph or record classes, workshops, or events for educational and promotional purposes. Students who do not wish to appear in promotional materials must notify the Academy in writing before participation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, participation in training programs, delays, interruptions, website errors, or reliance on information provided through the website.
