Refund Policy — Dynamite Beauty Academy

1. General Policy Overview

Dynamite Beauty Academy maintains a clear, fair, and transparent refund policy to protect both students and the academy. By enrolling in any program, course, or workshop, students agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Registration Fees

• Non‑Refundable Fees — All registration, administration, and seat‑holding fees are strictly non‑refundable under any circumstances.

• These fees secure your spot in the program and cover administrative processing.

3. Tuition Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on how far the student is into the program at the time a written withdrawal request is submitted.

• Before Program Start — Tuition (minus non‑refundable fees) may be refunded if the student withdraws at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.

• Less Than 14 Days Before Start — 50% of tuition may be refunded.

• After Program Has Started — No refunds are issued once classes have begun, regardless of attendance.

4. Course Materials & Kits

• Student Kits (acrylic, gel, lash, brow, waxing, etc.) are non‑refundable once picked up or opened.

• If unopened and returned within 7 days, a partial refund may be considered at the academy’s discretion.

5. Missed Classes & Absences

• No Refund for Absences — Missed classes, lateness, or personal scheduling conflicts do not qualify for refunds.

• Makeup classes may be offered depending on instructor availability.

6. Program Dismissal

• Dismissal Due to Policy Violations — Students removed for misconduct, plagiarism, harassment, or repeated absences are not eligible for refunds.

7. Medical or Emergency Withdrawals

• Emergency Withdrawal Requests — In cases of serious medical emergencies or life‑altering events, students may submit documentation for review.

• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

8. Course Transfers

• Transfer Requests — Students may request to transfer to a future class date.

• Transfers must be requested at least 7 days before the program start.

• Only one transfer is permitted per student.

9. Refund Processing

• Processing Time — Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

10. Final Decision

• Academy Discretion — Dynamite Beauty Academy reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refunds, transfers, and exceptions.
